Golf Simulator Guest Rules & Guidelines To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for everyone, please review and follow the rules below when using our simulator: General Conduct • Check In First: Please check in at the front desk before using the simulator. • Respect Your Time Slot: Sessions start and end at your reserved time. Please be punctual and courteous to the next guest. • Limit 4 Guests Per Bay: Only 1 player swings at a time. Extra guests may observe but must stay outside the hitting area. • Clean Shoes Only: Golf or athletic shoes must be clean and dry. No spikes or dirty footwear permitted. Equipment & Safety • Bring Your Own Clubs: We encourage guests to use their own clubs. Loaner sets may be available upon request. • Use Real Golf Balls Only: Please use only the approved golf balls provided or personal golf balls without markings, scuffs, or cuts to protect the screen. • One Person in the Hitting Zone: Only the active player may stand in the designated hitting area. • No Practice Swings Toward the Screen: Always be aware of your surroundings. Practice swings must be controlled and away from others. • Do Not Touch the Equipment or Sensors: The simulator uses sensitive technology. Please avoid adjusting or touching any cameras, sensors, or cables. Food & Drink • No Food Inside Simulator Bay: Snacks and meals must be kept outside of the hitting area. • Drinks Allowed in Designated Areas Only: Beverages must be placed on designated tables or shelves—never on the turf or near electronics. Facility Expectations • Respect Our Space: Treat the facility and equipment as if it were your own. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. • Clean Up After Use: Please return balls to the tray, remove trash, and reset the simulator for the next guest. • Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Any form of abuse, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
