Garage Golf simulator set up for left​/​right hand swings, full swing analysis cameras, and GSPro software with access to over 1,200 courses across the world! I've used this as a personal setup, but would love to share this with other locals that haven't quite had the opportunity to keep their game in shape during the winter. Your first session will include an extra 30 minutes for setup and software familiarization, and a demo with no charge against your time. Unfortunately, this space isn’t climate controlled, which means it’s a little chilly in the winter right now. There is a propane heater in the garage that heats up the space pretty well, and once you start getting a few swings in you’ll probably want to turn it off anyway. I do work throughout the week and can enable access remotely once you’re familiar with setup on your own, but afternoon​/​evening times I should be available in case you ever have issues. Weekends are generally wide open for me. NOTE: Your rental of this space includes acknowledgment that you are being actively monitored by the installed camera system at all times.

Unique Amenities

- Drinks are available from the fridge inside the garage with a Venmo code available to scan and pay based on your selection category (I.e., Soda, beer, water). This will be honor system based, so please don’t be that person that abuses this. You may also bring your own drinks and store them here while using the space, but don’t forget to take them when you leave. Anything left in the fridge is free game to the next person.

Rules for the Guest(s)

- 2 golfers per booking is the max recommended as pace of play slows significantly at more than that, though you are more than welcome to bring 3-4 so long as you acknowledge this. Space also gets tighter with more than 3. - Clean clubs before use (sink and brush available in garage) - No golf spikes; tennis shoes or spikeless recommended - No colored, dirty, or scuffed balls. Balls are provided, but you’re free to use your own, new balls at risk of loss or damage.
