Located in northern Charlottesville across from the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). Simulator is a Skytrak+ sim with a 12x8 foot enclosure. Hitting mat is a Fiberbuilt flight deck mat, with rubber tees of varying lengths available. Garage windows are tinted for reduced lighting and heat, with a fan​/​heater available during hotter and colder temperature seasons. 24 Titleist ProV1 RCT balls are available for use for regular hitting and 4 standard ProV1 balls are available for putting. Ball shagging tube and alignment sticks are also available for use.

- The simulator does not have a side safety netting. Any damage to simulator or any other property will be the responsibility of the renter. - Bring your own clubs. - Limited to 3 players at a time (due to limited space in the garage) - Only one person in the bay at a time. - Before you swing any clubs, check your surroundings to ensure no person or obstacle is within your range of swing. - Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times. - Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone's swing path. - If you are not finished by the end of your scheduled time, you may be asked to quickly complete your practice session, so that the next person can start on time. - No food or drinks inside the bay or on top of the mats. Off mats in the garage is fine.
