Common questions
When does my card get charged?
Your card is charged when your host accepts your booking request. You may see a temporary authorization hold when you submit your request.
What if my booking request is declined?
Sometimes a host’s plans change or their calendar hasn’t caught up. You won’t be charged for a declined request; any temporary hold may take a little time to disappear, depending on your bank. Message the host to see if another time works, or explore another nearby simulator.
How will I know my booking is accepted?
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your host accepts. You can also check the booking status in your ParSims inbox. Wait for confirmation before heading over.
Can I ask the host a question before booking?
Absolutely. Use Message host to ask about the setup, what to bring, or timing. You’ll need to sign in to send a message. You can also submit a booking request without messaging first.
When can I see the exact address?
Once your host accepts, open the booking in your ParSims inbox to see the address. Some listings show only an approximate location before booking to respect the host’s privacy.
Can I book at the last minute?
You can request an available time, but hosts may not reply immediately. For a visit coming up soon, message the host to check the timing—and wait for your booking to be accepted before you travel.

This was my first time using an indoor simulator. My experience was great and I am so glad to have a location so close to home. I will definitely be book future appointments. The only thing that I have to say about improvement. I never received a code to enter the room. The lobby office manager was able to assist with the code, thankfully. She put off the impression that the code should have been sent to me. Other than that I would give a 5 star review.

Great way to work on your golf game during those cold winter months. I was inside hitting balls while a snow storm was raging outside. Dale was very accommodating and made it a great experience.

Friendly and a nice facility. Takes a few minutes to become familiar with the software. I only used it to work on my swing but plan to go back with my daughter and play a course, so can’t really comment on that experience. I recommend it.
